一、噴涂法:一般采用防火涂料涂覆或噴灑于鋼材表面,形成耐火隔熱保護(hù)層,提高鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的耐火極限。

三、水淋冷卻法:在輕型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)上部布置自動(dòng)或手動(dòng)噴淋系統(tǒng)。發(fā)生火災(zāi)時(shí),啟動(dòng)噴淋系統(tǒng),在鋼結(jié)構(gòu)表面形成一層連續(xù)的水膜,火焰蔓延到鋼結(jié)構(gòu)表面時(shí),水分蒸發(fā)帶走熱量,延緩鋼結(jié)構(gòu)建筑達(dá)到其界限溫度。

四、充水冷卻法:在空心鋼構(gòu)件內(nèi)充水。通過(guò)水在鋼結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)的循環(huán),吸收鋼材本身受熱的熱量。從而使鋼結(jié)構(gòu)在火災(zāi)中能保持較低的溫度,不會(huì)因升溫過(guò)高而喪失承載能力。為了防止銹蝕和結(jié)冰,水中要加阻銹劑和防凍劑。
4. Water-filled cooling method: water-filled in hollow steel members. Through the circulation of water in the steel structure, the heat of steel itself is absorbed. So that the steel structure can maintain a lower temperature in the fire, and will not lose the bearing capacity because of the excessive temperature rise. In order to prevent rust and ice formation, antirust and antifreeze should be added to the water.
